You have 10 days from the time of purchase to complete viewing of the training. At the end of 10 days your access will expire. Extensions cannot be granted, so please make sure you complete your viewing within the 10 day access window.
Yes! You can come back to watching the training later in the day, or anytime during the 10 days you have access. Just log back in to the dashboard and hit the "Resume video" button. You can rewind, fast forward or rewatch content.
The listed price is strictly for individual use only (i.e. one person, one license). Please see our "Group Pricing" page (top right of this window) for more information on our discounted multi-viewing options.
We use PayPal and Stripe as our secure payment gateways for Credit Card payments.
Sorry, no. At this time we only accept payment up front for single user purchases. If you are looking at purchasing a multiple user licence or a broadcast licence we can invoice you as part of our quoting process.
Most of our On Demand training includes a downloadable copy of the presentation notes. These can be accessed under the 'Introduction' chapter under 'Course Curriculum' in each listing that includes them.
Yes. Your certificate will be available to download once you have completed the training. It will also be stored on your On Demand dashboard for you.
You can request a password reset by clicking “Forgot Password?” in the Sign In screen.
Firstly, make sure you are logged in to your dashboard, if it still wont play, try refreshing your browser, or logging out and back in.
